This barrel aged saison was brewed using Linc Malt Baronese pils, Baronese Vienna, and Cashup Pale malts, aged crystal hops, and Bai Mu Dan white tea from Smith Teamaker.
Primary fermentation in stainless with Yeast Bay Forager yeast, then transferred to second-use Pinot Noir barrels with brettanomyces, then to second-use Fantasia barrels.
