Shipping and Terms of Use
As with most things in this world, there are some rules and regulations we need to go over. I know, I know. I'm sorry. It's just the way it has to be. This isn't Nam. There are rules.
By using this site and placing orders, you guarantee that you are over the age of 21 and that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. You also agree that the shipment will be received and signed for by a person age 21 or older.
We are also evaluating our business for sustainability and long term growth. Like almost all businesses right now, our operating costs have greatly increased.
Please be advised that Windsor Bottle Shop will no longer offer $9.99 flat rate shipping effective March 13th, 2022. We will be switching over to actual shipping costs for each order placed on the site.
The increase helps us ensure our commitment to providing the very best products to you.

We are passionate about beer and we so badly want you to be happy with your order 100%. We spent a lot of time and money getting the packaging right so your beer will show up to your doorstep safely. We also know how anxiously you are awaiting your box so we ship fast. We have also done our best to keep our prices and shipping as low as possible. We currently only ship to states that will allow it. If you order is getting kicked back we unfortunately can't ship to you at this time.
We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO, US territories or international addresses. If you order from one of these addresses your order will be canceled and refunded.
We highly encourage you to use a commercial or business address to receive your box as a signature and ID of 21+ is required for all deliveries. If no one is around to receive the shipment, the common carrier will often try to re-deliver 2-3 times before leaving the package at the local distribution center. It is up to you to contact them to arrange delivery or pick up.
If the carrier makes these attempts with no luck and the package is sent back to us there will be a 15% re stocking fee and the cost of the original shipment.
Beer delivery laws are different in every state and ever changing. We are providing a service to the customer by providing delivery of the product. We make no representation of the legal rights to ship alcohol into any state. We do our absolute best to keep abreast of the changing state laws but it is ultimately up to the purchaser to determine the legality of having beer shipped to him or her in their state. Non California residents are responsible for determining if they can legally have alcohol shipped to them in their state. We suggest checking with the local agency in your state before ordering from us.
Damage : We hate to even use this word. We try our absolute best to package with indestructible supplies but sometimes damage can happen. In the event that you receive a box with a damaged product please let us know right away. Do NOT refuse the delivery from the carrier as claims can sometimes take months to resolve and nobody wants that. Please take a picture of the damage and send to info@windsorbottleshop.com. We will replace or in the devastating case of a rare beer not still available we will refund. We will do everything we can to make it up to you and have you happy at the end of the day. Trust us. We have been in your position and we know how special these beers are.
Beers available in our two physical shops and online will differ from time to time. Same with pricing. Though we are the same company, Windsor Bottle Shop operates independently of the retails shops.
