Blend of Oak Aged Lager and Saison
Sunrises is a collaboration with our lovely friends at Sante Adairius Rustic Ales.. We brewed a lager and then experimented as we did as homebrewers with a precise matrix of Brettanomyces strains as we aged the beer in French Oak Barrels. After 12 months in oak, we wove in threads of Oude Fermier, Home, and Sunsets to push this lager / ale hybrid toward our individual Saison flavor profiles. Sunrises was bottle conditioned for 4 months with cultures from both breweries before sharing with you.
