Vintage of Punchdown Chambourcin (Blend #1)

Missouri Wild Ale aged with Augusta AVA Chambourcin grapes from the 2023 harvest. Chambourcin Must was fermented and rested at our brewery before blending with a turbid-mashed, aged hopped Missouri Wild Ale. At maturity, we blended a touch of our Missouri Wild Ale we use as the base for Fuzzy, giving it a touch of "pop" and acidity.
