Vie en Rose is made with the “spent” raspberries from Jester King Atrial Rubicite. We take the fruit remaining from the refermentation of Atrial Rubicite, and steep a younger beer on the spent fruit. The result is a beer that is still fairly fruit forward, but not as intense as its predecessor.
