Strawberries and rhubarb…a match made in heaven. This is our first production-level batch of Strawberry Rhubarb Perpetum, and we love the way the bright, juicy strawberry character marries with the tart and lightly herbaceous rhubarb. We were lucky enough to get both the strawberry and rhubarb from our buds at the NY Fruitguild, and hope to continue to develop our relationship with them and their products
