Comfortable Silence is a barrel aged imperial stout. Without all the noise of adjuncts and extended aging. Comfortable Silence is a beer that is meant to show the other end of the flavor spectrum from Infinitefinite. While Infinitefinite wants to show off the aggressive end of double barrel and extended age treatments (extra char, extra oak/wood, and extra umami focused flavors), Comfortable Silence is here to show off the brighter flavors of a comparatively 'younger' barrel aged stout (at least compared to Infinitefinite) before the beer gets even deeper into the wood to pull out the deeper flavors within the barre
