Appalachian wild ale brewed with local barley malt and cereal mashed with local raw wheat. Boiled extensively with burlap-aged hops. Fermented with our mixed house cultures in one of our beautiful 40Bbl foeders, meticulously crafted by our friends at Foeder Crafters of St. Louis, Missouri. Transferred into oak barrels for months of extended aging. Transferred out of oak onto a massive amount of whole, fresh, local blueberries courtesy as always of the incredible farmers at Perry’s Berry’s, an amazing blueberry farm located only a few miles down the road from our farmhouse brewery. Fermented and aged on the blueberries for 3 months. From there, we married this saturated base with a peach-saturated wild ale made from peaches grown by our good friends at Barbee Farm of Concord, NC. After additional slumbering, Quest Like…was racked into a bottling tank for packaging. Conditioned naturally inside the bottle and keg.

Showcasing a unique blend of light and dark fruits, this unlikely combination will forever have us looking for a blue peach. Bright summer acidity from local peaches paired up perfectly with drippy and jammy local blueberries to create an unforgettable flavor experience. A brand new addition to our “can I kick it” inspired-series of wild ales, this is our first new addition to the series in over two years and has us down to one final name to finish Tips verse in Tribes iconic song
