This potent purple potable was inspired by the "Killer Bee" cocktail, which swaps a traditional "Bee's Knees" gin base for mezcal -- a smokier, more aggressive spirit. After mezcal barrel aging, this liquid met blackberry honey and fresh lemon juice for a perfect balance of sweet and sour on the smoke-stung base.
