Vinification: Macabeu skin fermented one week, Xarel-lo directly pressed to ferment in used French oak barrels. Parellada skin contact five days and then added to the coupage. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.

Tasting notes: aromatics: lemon, grapefruit, toasty yeastiness, custardy cream.

Mouth: Fresh, lemon flavours with spritzy acidity and lingering creaminess.
