Vinification: Trepat one day on skins, then pressed directly. Moscatel and Parellada five days on skins then blended with Trepat. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.

Tasting notes: Aromatics: green citrus with strawberries and raspberries. Mouth: elegant and fine with citrus and candy “chuche” , strawberries, with acidity.
