Vinification: Moscatell skin contact 10 days and Macabeu and Parellada a few days skin contact too. Parellada and Macabeu fermented in used French oak barrels. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.

Tasting notes: Aromatic: skin contact - citrus orange and floral, super aromatic- moscatel, bruised apples, toasty:
Mouth: Full mouth feel, apples and pears, tasty tannins, textured phenolics tapering out to acidic finish.
