Vinification: Garnacha 23% whole bunch carbonic fermentation. Five day fermentation on skins, pressed and blended. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.

Tasting notes: aromatics: Berries with caramel and toffee flavors, red currants and boysenberry.

 Mouth: Red currants on the palate with minerality, raspberries and boysenberry, garnatxa minerality, spicy with fresh liquorice.
