Aromatics: chalky with pears and apples, green citrus. Mouth: Pear cider, fruity sweetness, minerality although round and soft with creamy notes, crisp and refreshing with good effervescence

Soil: Calcified stone, Clay, Sand

Vessels: Stainless steel 

Parellada with 2 days skin contact, added to dry Macabeu and Xarel-lo whilst fermenting, second fermentation in bottle. No additives, no added SO2, wild yeasts, no filtering, hand harvested, organic grapes.

All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites. Created from grapes cultivated using organic or biodynamic farming.
