For this specific Oude Geuze, we blended lambikken from four different barrels and ten different brews. The lambikken were brewed by Lindemans for one half and the other half by ourselves. Half of the lambikken is two years old, and a small portion even four years old. This renders the weighted average age of the blend upon bottling to almost 21 months.

3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze is a blend of one-, two- and at least three-year old lambikken. Spontaneously fermented. Matured in oak barrels. Extended bottle ageing. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
