Barrel Aged Saison w/ Kiwi
Back in November of 2017 we had the pleasure of hosting our friends from Modern Times to brew a hoppy, oat laden saison that was open fermented with both of our mixed cultures. Following a two year slumber in neutral wine barrels, the beer was blended onto freshly pressed kiwi juice and fermented to complete dryness. Bright notes of kiwi, pear, and white cherry are lifted by a lively carbonation, and delicate acidity. From us to you, we present Sonic Palate.
