In previous releases, this beer has been aged for 15 months in the barrel and then 12 additional months in the bottle to create a vertical vintage release every year. We are changing this program starting this year to produce a completely unique bottle from vintage Demons Run releases of the past. Night Will Fall is Demons Run Imperial Stout aged for 24 months in Bourbon barrels instead of the normal 15 months. This extended barrel aging process yields enhanced fruit and malt and mellows the intensity of the roast character for a smoother finish.
