Infinite End is our take on the polarizing and highly debated Cold IPA. An IPA, fermented dry with lager yeast, and brewed with flaked rice for a zippy, light body and a focus on the hops. Hopped hot side with the finest west coast classics, Citra and Simcoe, then hit again post fermentation with more Simcoe, Citra, and Simcoe Cryo (a concentrated hop pellet). Condition cold, then filtered to brilliant clarity this beer is strongly aromatic with notes of citrus zest, passion fruit, and guava.
