Foeder aged saison brewed with German grown Pilsner malt and unmalted wheat. Initially fermented in stainless steel before being transferred into a large format foeder where it continued to age for 14 months with a blend of native yeast and bacteria, and commercially purchased Brett. Finally Echolocation was package conditioned in green glass bottles and kegs for continued aging and development. 5.7%
