barrel-aged wild beer refermented with Hill Country peaches from Stonewall, Texas. We love Hill Country peaches and are really grateful to work with such excellent fruit each summer. We put a lot of love into the beer by processing over a ton of peaches in-house by hand! We’re proud to use real Texas-grown fruit, support local farmers, and reflect the taste of the Texas Hill Country in our beer. The June Gold and Texas Royal peaches in 2021 分 桃 (Fēn Táo) were grown at Vogel Orchard in Stonewall, Texas. We added them to mature barrel-aged wild ale aged about 14 months in oak wine barrels. 100% naturally conditioned.
