Another stellar vintage for the Nomine Amoris, 2021's fruit saw 14 days on skins and 3.5 months in old neutral French barrels. Pairs well with trickier dishes that also have a bit of a bite; white pizza with spicy olive oil and arugula, anyone?
Unfined & unfiltered. No cold-stabilization; natural sediment will form upon extended refrigeration.
