Vince is our farmhouse ale aged in gin casks, an ode to the beautiful botanical character of freshly emptied casks from the great Copperworks Distilling. 6 months of aging our workhorse farmhouse ale brewed with grains from Skagit Valley Malting brings forth bright, punchy notes of juniper and citrus that meld wonderfully with the dryness of our house culture. Impressions of wintergreen, tangelo, and an herbaceous hit make Vince a showcase of this unmistakable spirit.
